Legal Topics in Nonprofit Technology: Upcoming Talk and Past Posts

I’ll be chatting with NetSquared Houston July 14th on legal topics, pitfalls and traps that come up with nonprofit technology! For those unfamiliar, NetSquared is a national affiliation focused on blending startup technology, entrepreneurialism and acumen with charitable and social-benefit organizations. In other words, what we’d call a win-win situation.

I’m working on a separate post about the talk, but in the spirit of all that is technology-ness I’m posting a few things I’ve written in the past on the use of technology by nonprofits and some of the concerns. Enjoy!
